Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany costs €6.99.

Shipping is free for orders over €85.

At the moment, shipping is available within Germany only.

Processing Time

During a shop update or shop drop, it may take 1–2 business days to pack and prepare your order for shipping, as there may be a higher volume of orders.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! I always do my best to get every order on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping with DHL

All orders are shipped with DHL.

Once your order has been handed over to DHL, their respective shipping times and conditions apply. You will receive the relevant shipping information once your order has been shipped.

Sustainable Packaging

When packing your order, I try to use sustainable and environmentally friendly materials whenever possible. I ship using paper-based packaging and use biodegradable corn starch packing peanuts as protective filling material.

If you can reuse your packaging, I would really appreciate it! ♡ This helps us avoid unnecessary packaging waste and give materials a second life.

You are also very welcome to reuse or return old boxes and packaging materials you have received from me for future orders. Every package that gets reused is one less package that needs to be produced from scratch.
